Game Introduction
The game is developed by Chinese Gamer International (CGI) which is a Taiwan-based game developer who has been in the business since 2000. By partnering up with multinational company Run Up Games as its main publisher, one of their games,Enigma Online, will now be published in English for the first time in the asian region.
The Master of the Sword
The story begins in the final few years of Yuan Dynasty when it had been taken over by a Mongolian Aristocrat. This resulted in a sad state of discontentment in the land. Slavery, extreme land taxation and no public improvement became the major problems during this era. Starvation are evident all over the land. People get killed out of violence.
In order to overturn the Yuan Dynasty, the five strongest clans in Martial Arts World joined forces: the Godwit Sword Clan, Striving Club, Holy Hall, Windy Ville and the Dragon Clan. These clans have different abilities but they all follow the leadership of the Master of Godwit Sword Clan, the one who wields the Godwit Sword. They overthrown the Knights of Yuan Dynasty and reclaimed the lands. However, the Anti-Yuan Liberation Army grew stronger and more disputes and misunderstand surfaced. It got worse when the master of Godwit Sword Clan gets murdered. The balance between the forces was broken. The Four Strongest clans mutually agreed to choose their new master of the martial arts world through a public tournament. Their goal is to own the Godwit Sword and lead the whole Martial Arts World.
Enigma Online's story starts here. Players would role-play this young man who came from the modern world who believed to be the wielder of Godwit Sword found in-game that is said to signify the holder's rights to rule the Martial Arts World, the untraceable man dressed in black, to bring back the balance between the four clans, and the one who merged the Martial Artists in order to rebel agains the Yuan Dynasty, the chaos from the conflict during the late Yuan dynasty, all clues that are too complicated.... The goal of the players is to become the Hero in that generation and bring back the peace and balance throughout the Martial Arts World.

Go to http://enigma.runup.com.ph/ and download the game Client installer. Install the game and register for your account. The game offers a brief description of the four main character class to choose from. When you reach Level 5, you can now be a member of one of the four clans, Striving Club, Windy Ville, Dragon Clan, and Holy Hall. The game offers a entertaining quests that are in lined with the deep storyline of the game. The game is also a newbie friendly wherein you can choose from different tutorials to familiarize the game. You can try taking on quests on your own, or you can get your friends to join you.
What to expect?
To make an exciting scene, combat should not be fixed in just one place to kill the monsters. It also must not be boring by just by clicking shortcuts for attacking. The spirit in combat fighting must be brought out from the blood, the need to fight must come from one's will. One must be able to move fast when in a combat, so it doesn't matter if the enemy is a small monster, a boss, or player-to-player. It is normal in a combat setting for people to fight each other; edge each other out. Combatants shift their positions and places and proves to be vital in winning the fight; every minute and every second is important. Fight with your life as if everything--every inch of land and every gold--is at stake. A style chosen one second ago, or a shift into a new position the next would reflect and affect the result of a fight. This is movement combat, one of Enigma Online's unique features!
Enigma Online has four big clans, each having specialty.
The Striving Hall, known for their warriors, got an excellent attack and defensive manifestation and is the best choice for melee warrior. The Windy Village, known for their Mages, specialize in range attacks that deal brutal damage to the enemy, making them have the illusion of being in a misty space. Within that illusion, they will be killed with one strike without any chance of fighting back.
The undefeatable Holy Hall, known for their Heroes, is proud of their skills that deals with the military supplies. They are creative in combining it with the auxiliary skills, letting the player become a useful support character or as a helper in the team war.
As for the Poison Dragon Clan, known for their Assassins, they are good with high explosive attacks and tricks used for assassination and have stealthy warriors that can move to places without being seen or felt.
Enigma Online's equipment system has a very complete design. Different levels of equipment could be obtained depending on the channel for different degrees of difficulty.
Higher level armors that need to be synthetically upgraded will appear in the advanced copy for players to upgrade. Upgrading equipment is an integral factor in Enigma Online, but what's even more important is the so-called "Five Elemental Bagua" link system.
The "Five Elememental Bagua" Link System is equipped with five linked elements and bagua attributes. The link system will transform the once-normal equipment into a more powerful item. The link system also enhances the effect of the item against monsters and would most likely double the effects.
